To the Moon!
As of October, Japan has successfully deployed a craft, Kaguya in orbit around the moon. Kaguya has recently returned some really awesome footage of the lunar terrain and the earth setting beyond the horizon. In a close second place, China has also launched their own lunar probe, Chang' e, into orbit last week. In similar fashion, South Korea has announced their own plans to reach the moon by 2020. Not to be out done, NASA's Vision for Space Exploration has U.S. astronauts scheduled to be back on the moon in 2020 and permanently staffing a base there by 2024 and Russia is planning a permanent moonbase by 2020. All the missions to the moon because of the potential He 3 to be mined? Or maybe it is just because it is there.
